What a carton of phones looks like when it arrives.
Phones travel in master cartons, each one in its own sleeve and slot. We open them one at a time and check each unit before it goes on a list.

We keep the range narrow on purpose. Fewer models means we know them well, and you get straight answers about spec and condition.

This is how a list reads.
Every morning the list goes out on WhatsApp. Each line gives model, storage, version, condition and quantity, so you can compare it with other suppliers without a phone call. The full version looks like the table below.

Condition
Four condition levels, described in plain terms.
Grading words mean different things to different suppliers, so here is exactly what ours mean. If a unit sits between two levels, it goes in the lower one.
Sealed in the original box, never activated.
Manufacturer warranty depends on the region of purchase.Looks close to new. Faint marks only, visible at an angle.

Devices are run through diagnostic software before they leave the source market, so problems are caught early.

We check every IMEI so that blacklisted, locked or reported devices stay out of your shipment.

When stock reaches our logistics partner in Dubai Airport Freezone, each unit is compared with what we paid for before it goes on a list or into your carton.

How an order works
Tell us what you need
Send the models, versions and quantities on WhatsApp or email. A rough list is fine.
Get a written quote
We reply with prices, condition, delivery terms and the date stock can leave the warehouse.
Confirm and pay
Once you confirm, we reserve the units and send an invoice from Royal Mak International Trading FZ-LLC.
We pack and ship
Your units are packed with a packing list and handed to the freight forwarder, or collected by yours.
Shipping and paperwork
Stock held next to Dubai airport
Our stock is held by a logistics partner in Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA). Goods going abroad can be re-exported without entering the UAE mainland. Goods sold inside the UAE clear customs in the normal way.

- Your forwarder collects from our partner warehouse in DAFZA, or we arrange delivery for you.
- Delivery terms
- EXW or FCA as standard, CIP or DAP on request. Agreed in writing on every quote.
- Documents
- Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin where the destination requires it.
- Destinations
- Within the UAE, the rest of the GCC, India and Africa.
Questions buyers ask
Before you order
Do you sell to individual customers?
No. We sell to businesses: phone shops, distributors, exporters, repair centres and companies buying for staff. If you need one or two phones, a retailer will serve you better.
Why don't you publish prices?
Prices move every day with the US and Asian markets, and they depend on quantity. We send a dated quote for your order instead of a price list that is out of date by tomorrow.
What do US, Japan and dual-SIM versions mean?
Phones are made in regional versions. US iPhones from the 14 onwards are eSIM only, and so are the newest Japanese and Gulf models. Japanese phones also play a camera shutter sound that can't be turned off. Many Samsung models from Asia take two physical SIM cards. We list the version on every line so you can match it to your market.
What happens if a unit arrives different from the quote?
Tell us within the agreed period with the IMEI and photos. We will replace the unit or credit you, as set out on your quote.
Can I see the stock before I buy?
Yes. Stock is held in Dubai Airport Freezone, and trade buyers can inspect their lot by appointment before it ships. Message us to book a time.
Are you an authorised Apple or Samsung reseller?
No. We are an independent trader. We buy stock on the open market, which is why we can offer different regional versions and pre-owned units.
